At Loss Clothing, we strive to ensure our customers are delighted with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, our return and exchange policy is here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns or exchanges are not allowed for:
  • Damaged items caused by misuse or improper handling.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Approval: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided return address. Shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If the product does not meet return criteria, it will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • Loss Clothing will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement free of charge.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team.
  • Canceled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
